ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the petitioner has remedy of filing an application before the Principal Secretary under Rule 32 (vii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 against the impugned order.

Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the Principal Secretary under Rule 32 (vii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On such application being filed, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4117 of 2023(5) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same on its own merits within a period of eight weeks thereof. It is made clear that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
