The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 19.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 10443 of 2015 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in jail custody for nine months. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 24.12.2014 i.e. for about a year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
