Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.06.2019 in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 384, 386, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of impugned order it appears that in course of investigation, some witnesses named the petitioner.
