Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 20.06.2013 in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 22 of 2012. Taking the note of this fact that co-accused Sakaldeo Sahni from whose possession alleged Charas was recovered has already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 22 of 2012.
