Patna High Court CWJC No.11741 of 2018(2) dt.28-08-2018 3/3 towards paragraph no.12 of the aforesaid order, which reads as follows:- "12.

We make it clear that we have not considered the merits of the selection already conducted pursuant to our order dated 20.04.2017. In case anyone has any grievance with regard to the same, he shall be free to take recourse to any other remedy before appropriate forum."

This Court is not examining the merit of the case and the authority concerned, on the basis of material available on record, will consider the case of the petitioners and will pass orders in accordance with law.
