A show cause has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.7.

The present contempt application alleges wilful/deliberate disobedience/disregard of the order dated 13.10.2015 (Annexure-1) whereby the writ application was disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall file an application which shall be enquired into and the concerned respondent will take appropriate decision and/or pass appropriate

Patna High Court MJC No.3928 of 2016 (4) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 direction for payment of admissible dues of the petitioner. Counsel for the opposite parties has drawn attention of the Court to the averments made in paragraph 10 and 11 of the show cause wherefrom it is seen that the admissible dues as per the opposite parties have been cleared and disbursed in favour of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has raised the objection with regard to the quantum of the amount assessed by the opposite parties.

Considering the nature of the order passed on the writ petition and the jurisdiction of the court invoked those contentions would not be gone into in this proceeding.

It will be open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/forum for redressal of his grievance thereagainst, if any, in accordance with law. The contempt application is dismissed.
