This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Basantpur P.S. Case No. 444 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506, 447 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation and period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan, in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 444 of 2021.
