JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1244 of 2021, arising out of Mehandia P.S. Case No. 200 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is huge recovery of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2021.

Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one and half year in custody, whichever is later, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
