This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No.474 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., theft was committed in number of flats in Patna. Apart from this case, the petitioner is also accused in 12 more criminal cases of similar nature and all the crimes have been committed in the town of Patna. The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is accordingly rejected. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15275 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after he is granted bail in all the cases registered against him.
