2. The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent Authorities, especially the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sheohar (Respondent No.

5) to comply its own order dated 20.11.2014 passed in B.L.D. Case No. 89 of 2013-14, whereby and whereunder a direction was given to the Circle Officer, Tariyani to demarcate the disputed land of the petitioner and give delivery of possession to the Petitioner.

(ii) For further direction to the District Magistrate to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within time framed with reason and

(iii) And for any other relief / reliefs for which you Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. It has been accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Title Suit No. 40 of 2016 is pending before the learned Sub-Judge-II, Sheohar and he shall be marking his presence and filing appropriate affidavit.

4. Granting such liberty, the present writ petition is disposed of.
