Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Allegedly, petitioner gave garasa blow causing head injury to injured Rabindra Kumar. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. The inured Rabindra Kumar is said to have sustained grievous injury on his head but petitioner is in jail custody since 10.3.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that only single blow is said to have been given by the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangita Rani, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Motihari, East Champaran
