JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2014 for an offence under Section 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act arising out of Supaul P.S. Case No. 353 of 2014. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation and the period which the petitioner has remained in custody with no indication about the trial concluding in near future, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) with two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S.
