The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant alleged that his daughter, aged about 15 years, went to nature's call but she did not return. Thereafter, the informant came to know that her daughter has been kidnapped by the petitioners on the pretext of solemnization of marriage.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are is innocent and have committed no offence. They

From perusal of impugned order, the victim girl was recovered and her statement has been recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C., wherein, she did not support the prosecution version and stated that she solemnized marriage with petitioner no.1 Netesh. It is further submitted that good sense has been prevailed between the parties and in support of this, Annexure-2 has been annexed with this petition. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 26.9.2022. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-VI, Sitamarhi. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Amandeep/- U T
