Perused the report of the trial court. This is third attempt made on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier petitioner's prayer was refused vide order dated 14.09.2012 passed in Cr.

21194/2012 subsequently on 11.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21831/2013.

As is evident from the report of the trial court that out of thirteen witnesses cited in the charge-sheet, only seven witnesses have been examined and two witnesses have been given up, consequently, four remains. Trial court expects conclusion of the trial within six months. But, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and spirit of the earlier orders, it appears exaggerated.
