The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying to declare him as a donor member of the Governing Body of Darshan Sanskrit Up-Shastri College, Village and Post Mahanth Maniari, District -Muzaffarpur and direct to dissolve the notification dated 13.10.2017 (Annexure-6), whereby the Governing Body was constituted.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, respondents had allowed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court CWJC No.17072 of 2017 dt.13-02-2023 2/2 Five Thousand) as donation, but the Syndicate has rejected the proposal to accept the petitioner as a Donar and the amount has been directed to be returned to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner is a highly educated person and his father remained Chairman and the Secretary of the Governing Body of the College from 1962 to 2002. He has also donated 21.5 decimals of land to the College in the year 2003 and he should, therefore, be allowed to remain as donar.

5. The petitioner has not challenged the decision of the Syndicate before this Court, therefore no order can be passed to direct the petitioner to be appointed as a doner.
