Petitioner is said to have assaulted the brother of the informant causing injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence rather he has been falsely implicated in this case merely due to dispute with regard to water supply. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2019, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let
