The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 registered under Sections 366A/34 and 504 of Indian Penal Code.

The whole thrust of allegation is against Shambhu Mandal and petitioner is only father of the Shambhu Mandal. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar P. S. Case No. 40 of 2014.
