02. 08.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 09.09.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile) No. 98 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 11.08.2015 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Eat Champaran at Motihari in Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015 (G.R. Case No. 2027 of 2015), by which he has refused to release the Petitioners. In view of the nature of offences against the Petitioners, I would not think it proper to release them from custody. The Application stands dismissed.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.895 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2016 The Juvenile Justice Board, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari and the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Court below so that there is no further delay in inquiry.
