Mr.Amarendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No.130/2019, registered under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that four unknown persons snatched away the bag holding of Rs. 44,520/- and fled away. The petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Petitioner is not named in FIR and his name has transpired from confession. Petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence rather he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 27.11.2019, and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
