Mr. Ujjwal Kumar, AC to AAG -3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 In view of the fact that being satisfied with the compliance reported with regard to the order passed on 04.11.2011 in CWJC No.5449 of 2007, contempt application filed being MJC No.4375 of 2014 was withdrawn on 22.04.2015 with the following observations:- "In the light of the order of this Court dated 08.04.2014, Collector, Sitamarhi is present, has filed show cause wherefrom it appears that order of the High Court under contempt has been complied with, which is also accepted by the counsel for the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the contempt application is permitted to be withdrawn."
