Petitioner No.1 apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikta P.S.Case No.149 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no.1 is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that the injury caused to the informant is found to be simple in nature as only pain is found on his body, vide Annexure 2 to this petition.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11305 of 2023(3) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner no.1 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Sikta P.S.Case No.149 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
