JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-02-2019 The petitioner, who is the Block Statistical Supervisor, is aggrieved by the fact that he has not been paid his current salary as well as the arrears of salary. Time and again, the petitioner has been representing before the concerned authorities, but to no avail. Many a times, his request has been turned down on the grounds which are absolutely untenable. The last of such representations which

Patna High Court CWJC No.3186 of 2019 dt.20-02-2019 2/2 has been filed by the petitioner is dated 11.10.2018, which too has gone unheeded.

2. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Food & Consumer Supply, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2), detailing his grievances, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be disposed off by the concerned respondent within a further period of six weeks thereafter by a reasoned order. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed without any delay.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
