The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of supplementary affidavit, it would be evident that prior to lodging of the present first information report petitioner was working as Data Operator in F.C.I., Gaya on contract basis and he was getting Rs. 5,500/- per month, but after lodging of the

He has no agricultural land. However, petitioner is ready to pay a lumpsum amount of Rs. 1,000/- per month to his wife (O.P.-2). Petitioner has no criminal history.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
