Taking note of this fact that petitioner made attempt to commit rape on a minor girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 33 of 2015 arising out of Dumariya P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO ACT), Gaya stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
