Patna High Court CWJC No.17860 of 2016 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 the Accredited Statistical Volunteer and which issue stands decided in a batch of cases led by C.W.J.C. No. 11550 of 2016 and thus submits that this matter could also be disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to it. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment and order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.
