JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to stop the arbitrary action against the petitioner removing the house of petitioner, situated at Mauza-Satsa, Khata no. 182, Khesra no. 510 with following the procedure thereof.

(ii) For issuance of another direction to the respondents to provide the opportunity to petitioner for hearing in pursuant to notice." Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities
