Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ petition with direction to the Circle Officer, Chanpatia Anchal, Bettiah, District- West Champaran (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the representation vide Annexure-4 to the writ petition which has been filed by the petitioner on 27.01.2022 but no action has been taken till date.

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Chanpatia Anchal, Bettiah, District- West Champaran (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the representation (Annexure-4) which is said to have been filed by the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.2780 of 2022(4) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 on 27.01.2022 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
