The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

From the F.I.R. as well as order rejecting bail petition of the petitioner, it is apparent that there is nothing against the petitioner except suspicion.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Sikraul P. S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
