2. The present matter has been preferred for:

Patna High Court MJC No.735 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 "invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for initiating contempt of Court proceeding against the Opposite Parties for deliberate and willful violation and non-compliance of the order dated 2002-2020 passed by Hon'ble Mr Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay in C.W.J.C. No. 11117 OF 2018 whereby and whereunder the order of termination of the petitioner dated 22-122018 was quashed and the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No. 8, The Director, Primary Education to take appropriate decision with regard to claim of the petitioner as to reinstatement and back wages for illegal termination of the petitioner and it was further observed that necessary fresh direction in this regard must be taken by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar within a maximum period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more, and as such, the file has to be consigned.
