2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to pay grant to the petitioner up to 2021 from his service since 2012.

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodhgaya, Gaya (Respondent No. 3) with all the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 3 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
