That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to direct the Respondent Nos. 4 to 8 to give protection to the petitioner from anti-social element of the village so that they may not disturb the petitioner from constructing his own

Patna High Court CWJC No.19875 of 2016(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 house on his own land for which the petitioner filed an application before the respondents and thereafter a letter dated 1.8.2016 has been issued by the Respondent No. 5 to the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 and further quash the notice dated 19.10.2016 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 4 and further direct the respondents to take action against the Respondent Nos. 9 to 12 and further take appropriate action in this matter forthwith and grant any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
