Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.234 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 427, 435, 109 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

It has been contended that the FIR was registered against 100-150 unknown miscreants. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Lagan Raut, who has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court on 22nd September, 2014 in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51593 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 No.17843 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is languishing in jail since 30th September, 2014. Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 22nd September, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17843 of 2014, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.234 of 2013.
