3. Though the matter is placed under the heading for "Office Notes" but the defect(s) as pointed out by the registry, way back in the year 2019 has not been removed till date. Learned counsel for the State submits that a show-cause has

Nos. 2 and 3 and with reference thereto, she submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15105 of 2012, the case of the petitioner was duly considered by the Director Secondary Education in view of the recommendation made by the Managing Committee of the School in question and accordingly he has accorded approval for the appointment of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.03.2015 with a direction to grant him all consequential benefits after completion of necessary legal formalities/procedures by the competent authority and thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

4. Considering the averments made in the show-cause and the submissions advanced, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 14.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15105 of 2012 has already been complied with. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
