The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant and his wife by iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is in jail custody since 25.09.2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ben P. S. Case No. 59 of 2014.
