The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 147, 148, 149, 448, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that on account of some land dispute and also with regard to the use of water through canal led to group fighting. The petitioner's group has assaulted the group of victim in which one person has died. From the FIR it appears that petitioner is only the member of the mob but specific allegation has been made against four persons.
