The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ill motive and land dispute. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. The specific allegation is against co-accused Upendra Yadav and Ashok Yadav. Petitioner has no criminal history.
