JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to provide him security and safety as he is constructing a house over a land located at Mohalla Agarpur, Lalganj in the District of Vaishali. According to him, even the right title and possession had been declared by the Courts and despite that the private respondents are disturbing their peaceful possession. In my opinion, the nature of relief, which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10841 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 petitioner is claiming, cannot be entertained in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to approach the competent authority including the authority under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 or Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 for the redressal of his grievance.

This application is disposed of with the observation as noted above.
