2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction for protection of life and properties of the petitioner which is in danger at the hand of private respondents no.7 and 8.

3. From the pleadings and the arguments, it appears to be a dispute between the family members.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the concerned Court below by way of filing a Title Suit and seek injunction.

5. If any Title Suit is filed and payer for injunction is made by the petitioner, the prayer for injunction shall be decided by the concerned Court below within one months of its filing. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U T
