In view of the said apprehension, we have called upon Ms. Archna Palkar Khopde, learned counsel representing the Corporation, and we are of the opinion that the matter be disposed of by the Municipal Commissioner expeditiously and preferably within two months from date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
