JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 24.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5118/2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that he is in custody since 11.09.2020 and till date charge has not been framed in this case.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is husband and there is direct and specific allegation against him that he killed the daughter of informant for dowry.

Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
