Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to pay their salary, cost of living allowance and other allowances admissible to them since 1967, the day school was granted approval by then Sub Divisional Education Officer, Araria".
On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.10500 of 2018 (2) dt.09-08-2018 24-07-2018 passed in CWJC No. 3183 of 2018.
The District Education Officer, Araria (respondent No.
7) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
