JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaribaraw P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 (S.Tr. No. 411 of 2016) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 383 of 2016 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that only one injury on the head of deceased was found but the informant claimed that petitioner gave twice Farsa blow to deceased and the aforesaid contradiction creates doubt about the claim of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9820 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 I am not, at all, convinced with the aforesaid submission and, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
