In the present case, the short grievance has been raised by the petitioner that there is a dispute with respect to the contract with the Railway Administration. In pursuance thereof, in terms of the agreement, an arbitration proceeding has been initiated, which is pending since 2010 before the Arbitrator-cumSenior Divisional Sig. & Tele. Engineer, East Central Railway, Danapur and has not been disposed of till date. Instead of going into the matter on merit, this Court directs that the Arbitrator must complete the aforesaid arbitration proceeding within a period of six months from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17486 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2017 receipt/production of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
