The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 304 B of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and the mother-in-law as well as brother-in-law have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03.11.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.49950 of 2015. It is also informed that the husband of the deceased is already in custody.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Kayamuddin is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52482 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2 / 2 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.98 of 2015.
