As per the petitioner, though he has been paid the G.P.F. amount, but up-to-date statutory interest has not been correctly computed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though payment has been made but no calculation chart has been provided and as per calculation made by the petitioner, nearly Rs. One Lakh is still due and payable to him.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13894 of 2016 dt.19-09-2016 2/2 authority shall provide the calculation chart. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 9 to provide a detailed calculation chart with regard to the payment made of G.P.F. amount to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. If as per the correct calculation, any further payment is required to be made, the same shall be made to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.)
