Case No. 676 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is of theft of mobile phones from the house of the informant along with other articles and petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired during investigation and he is accused in two other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that one mobile was recovered and it is said that the same is stolen one and he is in custody since 28.9.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7222 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 676 of 2019.
