This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kadwa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341/323/498(A)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and under Section 3/7 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act. This is the second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.27296 of 2021, which was rejected vide order dated 24.12.2021.

In view of the recent decision of the Apex Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu & Anr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9356 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Hence, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
