2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 964 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 406, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that he has given his truck to the petitioner on rent but the petitioner has not paid the rent of the said truck. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2024. He is accused in 75 more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the facts of the case and also the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
