On account of commission of murder of deceased, Bindu Devi, on the written report of Rajdeo Kishore, her brother, the instant prosecution has been lodged.

Petitioners happen to be in-laws. From the written report itself, it is evident that petitioner no.1 happens to be the person who had informed the prosecution party regarding misfortune, though wrongly informed, even then facilitated, arrival of prosecution party. Furthermore, husband has already surrendered and is under custody.

Accordingly, petitioners, Anil Kumar and Kusom Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
