====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 45209 of 2018. Counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court by aforesaid order in which he was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of that order and make prayer for regular bail.

This Court does not find any fresh ground for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20669 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Therefore, the application stands dismissed.

The petitioner is given liberty to surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be disposed off by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order preferably on same day, if possible. Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Xth, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 852 (C) of 2017.
